Terence...The odds are in favor of bad data. Let us know what you find out anyway. I'm no software engineer and only an amateur at VB4 but how much hassle would it be to have WSE check data for huge % difference. The bad data is off by multitudes so it would be easy to catch. But that would increase the complexity of WSE also. Nice work... Jøhn
