Florida state law requires a recount automatically if vote totals differ by 1/2 of 1%

Each side has the right and 72 hours in which to ask for a manual recount, by Florida state law.

Each recount will be supervised by a Florida election official, a Republican and a Democrat. Do you think either party representative will allow a single vote to be handled improperly?

I predict the federal injunction to stop the manual recount requested by the GW Bush campaign will not be granted. Florida state law allows for the recount, so where is the basis for an injunction?
