Joe, keep an eye on the rig day rates and usage capacity. I believe that current usage is at about 85% of capacity and that the increase in drilling activity hasn't peaked yet nor is it reflected in current earnings reports, particularly for natural gas vs oil.

The equation is a simple case of supply and demand. We are going to experience greater demand than supply (and short term capacity) resulting in higher prices.

No fuzzy numbers here. Which, unfortunatly leads me to my darkest hour in my short election campaign. I hereby concede to Bush. :-(
