Do you really think EDIG is a viable company? --Yes. Their debt to asset ratio is a bit scary. I read that they were recently denied a listing on NASDAQ. --Only issue they failed/did not pass, was the inability to keep the price above 5$. Also, if you check their press releases they usually offer relatively scant details in the quarterly reports and rather prefer these peculiar letters to the shareholders. ---My post was a paste from yesterday's shareholders meeting, not the "letter to shareholders" I have always been suspicious of EDIG management. --Time will tell, you could be right. Yet they added some heavy duty engineers and board members so someone with qualification seem to differ with you. Do you honestly believe they have any chances of success in the near term? --Not sure to be honest, to early to tell, to much hype. They only did a million dollars in total revenues last quarter ---That is more then they did the past 12 months COMBINED, and they are few OEM deals in the pipeline. and the prospects of deep penetration into the MP3 market had been touted by many posters on EDIG. --It seem like they think that DataPlay is an upcoming player, your thoughts?
