And all the Republicans in it ... LOL! Sorry -- I couldn't resist.
Lotsa, lotsa "newbie" government/civics/political experts are sprouting up all over SI ... have you noticed that?
Statiticians, marketeers, PR types <g>, pollsters, journalists, retired "industry men" <g>, yada, yada, yada.
All experts now -- with not one iota of influence -- much less control -- of what I see as a preposterous situation.
Would you give us a reading of your -- mercifully, I would think, that you don't have to claim citizenship in this place right now <g> -- objective observations?
Everywhere I go, everyone is shaking head in dismay, or bewilderment, or both ... GLUED to CNN even this weekend.
But also interesting is that those who are Republicans are immediately obvious! LOL!! I'm talking about people in grocery stores - restaurants - office buildings - they're so obvious! All spouting the same right-wing rhetoric -- mainly two points:
#1. GORE should DO THE RIGHT THING for the country.
#2: GORE was born with a silver spoon in his mouth.
And what about Bush?
Plus, the guy's an idiot.
That would be #3.
