How accurate are the readers? Message 14786153 "I just heard a report that those punch cards (not just the butterfly affair, but all punch cards used there in 26 counties) have an error rate of 32/1000 that is 3.2% quite unacceptable, IMHO, particularly when the winner has a margin under .005%. " Are punch cards really that bad? We have them here in Illinois. :-(
