Last week at the local Best Buy, I say (I think for the first time) a 1GHz Intel HP replaced with a 1GHz AMD Athlon. Till now (at least at the local BB), HP had been offering Athlons upto only 900 MHz. OF course Compaq has had the 1Ghz at BB for quite a while now- with never a 1Ghz prebuilt Intel offered. TG
