bosque, never underestimate a loophole somewhere in millions of reams of law. the demos were saying the ballot was illegal. problem was, they didn't read far enough (or maybe they did and forgot ;-) to find language that made it legal. the bush campaign still thinks they can call a hand count of republican districts. surely the democrats would agree as they want the will of florida, right?
