The first public release will not be the video, but photographs taken from the bathroom video showing a fully clothed individual inside the Varian bathroom. For obvious reasons, this individual will not be shown urinating or defecating or showering, but you the interested investor will have no doubt whatsoever that Varian did indeed capture the inside of at least one of its company bathrooms.

And remember if you or a loved one believe their privacy was invaded, do the right thing and come forward. $50,000,000 may seem like a lot of money, but what is the price a company should pay for secretly watching trusting people including children urinating or defecating or showering?
