Alan, Why do you think that the Florida constitution isn't fair? It states that either party can ask for a hand recount in requested counties, provided that it is within 72 hours. I doubt that the Dems would have any problem doing a hand count in other or all counties. I know I wouldn't B. ---- RE: but ever since this PB ballot came to the fore, all the Democrats have been saying "we want this thing to be fair or let the will of all the Florida people be heard. Now why didn't they, for the sake of fairness, randomly select 3 or 4 counties to hand count. It's blatantly obvious that they wanted to slant the count in their favor.
