I saw somewhere else the question: "If we can put a man on the moon, why can't we design a voting machine that works.

Maybe what this will do is cause congress to enact a law that makes all voting machines uniform across the country. Surely there's someone out there with a better idea then the poor excuses we have for the present setup.

This just might be a subject where both parties can agree.

Also, I think they need to look at the idea of changing the electoral college - or better yet - eliminate it.

Whatever the outcome, whoever gets in will be a one-termer and the other one won't make it past the primaries in 4 years. They've both demonstrated that the American public is just not interested enough in either one of them.
