In general when you consider all the rules, regulations, forms, fees, taxes and hoops you have to jump through so the government can get in line to take a piece of your action, I don't know how you can come up with a statement like "Democrats are more for startups".
Democrats are for bigger government, more rules, forms, taxes, regulations...ad infiniteum.
