The first problem with hand counting is that this is a presidential election, and time is not on anybody's side, (except Bill Clinton's, that is. :D ) The second problem with it is that it is being done selectively, ie, only in Democratic PB county. That taints any benefit of determining the 'real' vote doesn't it? The third problem is that hand counting involves humans, and thus is subject to human error, intended or not. regards, Louis webcolumnists.com
