("SMR-V;SHMFF-L") - Letter of Understanding Signed Kenneth Friedman, President & CEO of Strathmore Resources Ltd., announces that the Company has signed a letter of understanding according to which it will acquire the exclusive services of a group of talented and experienced geologists, headed by Fred Groth. Mr. Groth spent more than 40 years in the industry and was the head of exploration for Kerr McGee Uranium, the largest uranium producer in the U.S. According to this agreement, Strathmore will have a first right of refusal for any and all uranium properties identified and acquired by this team. A number of in-situ leachable properties are currently under consideration, and it is the Company's intent to proceed expeditiously with respect to the evaluation and acquisition of these properties.
