Kyros, don't know if you're still online but I needed to eat dinner with the family. Let me clarify my question and make a couple of points: 1) I understand about the law for the recounts and IMO both lost the opportunity after 72 hours. Unless I am mistaken, Gore also missed the 72hr deadline for the MANUAL count request. I realize that once any request is made that may allow for a progression of re-counts. 2) I see your point about the first media call and the exit polls - an interesting speculation. 3) My question has to do with the hand count. I keep hearing in the news about re-counting ALL ballots ifa "significant" number of "discrepancies" are found, yet no one has said what THOSE parameters are? Must put the kids to bed so will check in later.
