Hi sandintoes,

Let me dip a toe in the waters here, por favor.

You say: No. 1, (Greg) you're not reasonable, and of course I'm partial
From my point of view, Greg is one the most fair minded thoughtful and intelligent contributors here. And yes, you are partial.

...I want someone with integrity in the White House, after all the dirty tricks the Clinton / Gore team has pulled over the last eight years, who wouldn't?
Well, I think I'd rather have someone who could run the country. But about the dirty tricks business. Do you understand the irony of using that term which was originally popularly applied to Nixon's plumbers unit?

Number 2, how many times can the votes be recounted, until the Democrats have managed along with the help of the Daley team to steal another election from the Republicans?.

Theoretically and in the law, there is no limit. The votes can and will be recounted until all parties are satisfied that they have achieve as much advantage as possible for their side. If this is stealing, I'm glad that the news cameras of Holland, Italy, Germany and France at the window of the canvassing committees hand-count room to witness it.

The Republicans, should demand that Gore do the right thing for a change.
Turn on your TV.

Best Regards, Ray
