Duane: There is absolutely no difficulty, so far as I know, for a U.S. investor to buy anything listed on the TSE...just as I am at liberty to lose all of my worldly possessions on any U.S. exchange. As to the timing, well, that's anybody guess---as you know, there's already talk of a new oil 'glut' after this winter with a possible collapse of prices to '98/'99 levels--I doubt it BWDIK! Wolf
