Thanks for the info. Definitely very interesting. The MSFT announcement was a month ago. That was right around the time BMCS was putting in its relative bottom of $15'ish. It's pretty much only went up since then. While I agree that this is daunting for BMCS going forward, I tend to think that the recent decline (last week or so) has more to do with the overall gloomy market conditions due in part to the uncertainty of the presidential elections.

This environment has the potential, IMHO, of showing us valuations for the leading tech stocks that we never thought possible. INTC, DELL, CSCO, ORCL, CA, BMCS, ..., could all go much lower than curent levels if this stuff goes on for very long. Let's hope not!
