I agree. But knowing the judicial system, it will take months (i.e, why isn't the judge hearing the republicans challenge RIGHT NOW?)

The Republicans were more than correct in asserting their challenge on a hand count. In a ballot using computerized punches, a correctly readable punch is the final arbiter of a correctly marked ballot. Just like the SAT's....
