Brian,

The Bush campaign is trying to get a Federal judge to interfere with a local election. This violates the fundamental idea of states rights.

BTW: If hand recounts are so bad, why did the Bush campaign ask for one in New Mexico (which ultimately reversed the election in NM.)

The hypocrisy of the Bush campaign indicates some serious ethics problems, and the country is better off without him.
