Perhaps, but the stock price has been drifting down on low volume. A dropping price on high volume is much more serious than a dropping price on low or disinterested volume. So far today PVO has traded only 13300 shares on 9 trades. The bid ask is 1.55-60 with fairly equal sizings of 6500 and 6400, respectively. So I don't think any sort of leak has occurred (yet).
