Here's a thought... The democratic election officials in Palm Beach County knew that 14K or so votes were invalid in '96, using a similar ballot. They had the option to fix it. They did not. Did anyone in the Gore campaign instruct them not to, knowing the election would likely be close, thus preserving a massive loophole to use just in case the vote was close....I'm not saying they did, but Daley WAS the campaign manager. HMMMMMMM.......
