I believe that a re-vote will be quite unlikely. While it may be permissible under State Law, and I think it might be an appropriate remedy for this narrow instance, I also have come to understand that the Constitutional mandate for voting on the Tuesday after the first Monday of November would almost surely control.

That's also why I think the State Law bends over backwards in its attempts to interpret the ballots rather than want to go down the road toward a re-vote.
