"Wait until people in the Northern states have to pay massive heating bills in December, January and February" Remember, the cost of power does not zig and zag directly with the price of NG..For rate hikes here in the NE, approval must be obtained,,and that doesn't happen over night..My guess, consumers will be paying 25-35% more this Winter,,that has been the average hike I have seen approved by the public utility commisions here..so while spot prices have doubled, the cost to the consumer has not..
