Nothing new going on here, disgusting yes! The "chad" story has a past.... here's a relevant story from Oct.14,1996 thenewamerican.com I would be very curious to see how many virgin uncast punch cards would pass the manual recount test as to votes for Al Gore? Then shaken and even ran through counting machines 3 times would loosen and dislodge chads? I think a test is required....lets start with 20,000 brand new cards and see how many votes the candidates get. curious?
