OrlandoFL recount showed +95 for Bush not from a hand recount though now the FL Sexy of State needs to widen the hand recount process with uniform criterion, or else put an end to hand recount altogether Bush federal injunction request pointed out that hand recounts will favor the winner in that precinct, and in that county turning out to be true a tactical error by Bush not to request a hand recount in EVERY county in FLorida / jim
