If this handcount is to proceed, it must be done in all districts not just those that went Gore's way. Gore is trying to steal this election through lawyers.

The recount procedure has gone according to Florida law. The opportunity for recount was available equally to the all campaigns.

Speaking of stealing the election, it is starting to look like that is exactly what some one intended to do in Volusia county.
