Morning Jim, Unfortunately it looks like either way Gore comes out on top. The hand count seems undoubtedly to go Gore's way if completed. If not completed, then Florida's 25 electoral votes are not cast December 18th and the then the winner is chosen by not who gets to 270, as neither will, but who has the largest total.....Gore!
