Les, NT, CSCO and LU are going out on a limb, but only for the most stable of the CLECs. Some are not far from seeing the large revenue increases associated with the ability to provide services over a complete network. The business has been cyclical forever, with this cycle not yet complete. Another shoe drops on WCOM, FON, VZ, GBLX, SBC etc. and I would actually be a buyer for long term holdings. Additionally, if the communications semi's take another beating to the tune of 30%-40% or so, I might dip a toe in there as well. tp
