You are correct, sir, IF any manual recount should be done. However, it would be less accurate. There is no objective standard being applied, so it's not really a "recount." They're "reclassifying," the "no vote" ballots, divining the voter's intent from such things as a single chad being broken to turn them from "no vote," ballots to voted ballots. This is utterly ridiculous. The act of "voting" used to require an "act," of punching the ballot. The Gore/Daley machine and PB Democrat machine now are changing the rules after-the-fact, to eliminate the "act" requirement.
