TOM, Thank you for your information. A brief check of Yahoo insider sales shows 83,000 ADOT shares to have been SOLD or DISPOSED OF VIA EXCHANGE since Dec. of '99. A Yahoo insider trading check of some NASDAQ listed stocks (DELL,INTC,MSFT) shows a lag time of less than 1 month before the sales were posted and 1 week to show a filing of any kind i.e. sale or purchase. Another check of Yahoo insider trading of OTC BB issues shows a posted purchase (USNU) within 10 days and a sale (ENNT) within 6 weeks. Im not sure if the SEC requires all SEC filing companies' insiders to report their trades within a certain time frame - although this is probably the case...and if it is required, I'm wondering if they have enough resources to monitor these transactions and assure the public that the filings are submitted on time. In view of what might be fairly accurate Yahoo insider trading figures and an ADOT VP/BOD Chairman (Les R.) - who it is rumored to be litigation minded - one might want be sure of the accuracy of publicly posted materials that are questionable and negative about ADOT. Since ADOT seems to have failed in their original SLM/PLZT efforts to manufacture and sell a flat panel and have, at best resorted to a hybrid LED/PLZT design ???
