Agreed with your other points. But I don't even have problem [technically] with GW. challenging the law; after all it is a legitimate process to challenge. Though so far what I've heard of the basis of the challenge, it's comical.

Another item I didn't mention that should result in some good coming out of this...if you were a Director of Elections [or other appropriate title] I would want to make sure for the next election that my county isn't the next Florida/Palm Beach. We should end up with a much improved ballot counting system.

Tangent: Time to look into companies that make ballot counting systems, for a long position in equities?
