Actually, the precincts picked by Gore to have the recount were probably more like 90-10 Gore.
So if you found say 35 more votes, 31 would be gore, 4 Bush...net 27 Gore...see how that works?
Over all, Palm Beach county was 62-35 Gore. I would expect that ratio to hold over the whole recount. If the find say 3000 new votes (by human interpretation) that 1860 Gore and 1050 Bush, net 810 Gore. Same with the ratios in Broward and Dade which also went for Gore...
If they allow only handcounts in these counties...Gore will win the state...even if the remaining absentee ballots are heavily Bush, IMHO...
