This is exactly where the Bush people are going to on Monday. For those partisans so enamored of following the law ('the will of the people' comment no longer 'operative'), it is in fact a reasonable interpretation of FL state law that a hand count is not appropriate in this circumstance because the 'irregularities' are not a result of machine error, but human error.
