Re: Round Three -? O.K. so if the results have to be in by 5:00 Tuesday there will at that time be only one official recount, and that will be it? What if Palm Beach hands in results which include some machine recounted votes, and some hand recounted votes on the grounds that this is the best that they could do under the time constraints. And what if those returns put Al Gore ahead of George Bush? Then what? Could that give Gore Florida with the Republicans desperately trying to seek redress through the courts? Al Gore calling on Bush to concede for the "good of the country."
