1. When is this merger supposed to go through, if it does at all? Keith, The FTC asked for more information before approval so the merger date has been moved back. An exact date has not been set. 2. Why doesn't CSCC move in relation with ASND as far as stock price is concerned? For example, at 11:46 a.m. ASND is 54 1/8 and CSCC is 36 7/8. If the stock swap ratio is correct CSCC should be trading at 37 7/8 (.7 * 54 1/8). CSCC does move in relation to ASND but may occasionally be off a percent or two.
