A little history on Snow Leopard Resources Inc.

Info for newcomers:

Thought I would re-post some info for those that might be doing some dd. We are near the end of the 9 month testing period that apparently was in the MOU that Snow leopard has with IGT and the time when a JC would be announced. I thought that these two post by karead and freedomchaser provide some excellent background info.

karead's post on SH id#105354

Snow (as I shall call it) was incorporated in late 1990 as a natural gas exploration company. Snow began to
operate in 1993 in Saskatchewan and during 1994 developed oil production from the southeast portion of the
province. In 1996, Snow discovered shallow gas reserves in southwestern Saskatchewan and constructed and
operated two gas production facilities in this area. The majority of Snow's shallow gas properties were sold in 1999.
Snow used this money to reduce bank debt.

In the spring of 2000, Snow purchased a 100% of a privately held company called Ethyltech. Ethyltech is now a
100% owned subsidiary of Snow. Ethyltech had spent the last 5 years working with University researchers and the
Canadian government to develop a hydrogen sulphide fuel cell that will (in basic terms) remove the sulphur from a
gas well that has too much sulphur in it to make it an economically producing well. There are approximately 20,000
of these wells in Canada alone, that have been capped because of high sulphur content.

Ethyltech, in the fall of 1999 had bought all patent and commercialization rights for the cell from the Canadian
government for about $325,000 (+GST!!LOL).

Ethytech has since entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Institute of Gas Technology in Chicago (IGT). IGT has developed a single hydrogen sulphide fuel cell using Ethytech's knowledge, patents, and information. Testing has been ongoing and is near completion. When this is complete, the parties will partner with another party for funding to built the first working prototype this funding should be $20 to $30 million.

This fuel cell, when hooked up to a high sulphur content well, produces pipeline quality gas, electricity, sulphur, and water....with no pollution. See snow-leopard.com for info on the billion dollar opportunities for the product.

And if I have stated anything that is incorrect, somebody please correct me, but this is the situation as I understand
it in laymans terms!

Freedonchaser expands on this post:

Good Recap, Karead. For those wondering, connection between Ethyltech and Snow is family, Vern Lyons being the partner of Morris Pryde in Ethyltech and Laughlin Lyons (Vern's son), being principal owner of Snow Leopard. Company is debt-free, with an almost unheard of balance sheet for a fuel cell company emerging from research stages. Since JV partner will pay costs for bringing cell to commercialization, Snow's balance sheet will remain clean, until the cash from sales starts to roll in! Fuel Cell is expected to be in commercial production within 2 years.

And do not forget the ability of the cell to replace existing sulphur plants worldwide, eliminating pollution and generating electricity in quantities that would blow your $ock$ off!! The Fuel Cells, which are stackable, must be
produced on a huge scale, not accomplished before. More resources, research and engineering are required before
Snow enters this market. But this is market which truly excites Morris Pryde, the technical brains of company who has
been fielding all shareholder calls recently. He says Snow's ability to replace Sulphur plants is still 4-5 years away. But this is where the real $$$$'s are!! If Snow succeeds in tapping that market (and MP, VL, LL and others all seem
confident that it will) the share price, IMHO, will be over $100!!

The downside?? Quite frankly, there does not appear to be one since Snow's technology has already tested positively re sour gas well, oil flaring uses. We are all just waiting for JV announcement which, according to MP, is a done deal other than the i dotting and t crossing. Soooo...invest while you can, share price should shoot about $2.50 MINIMUM, after JV announcement certifies Snow as a legitimate Fuel Cell company! Personally, I have bought all the shares that I could afford. I will only sell a small percentage of shares, if any, after JV announcement, and that it only for the
purpose of have some diversification in my portfolio. I'm holding most of my shares longterm, as is for years!! Cheers to all, the will be soon!! FC

Anyone doing dd and want to dig gina_cobb on SH is the undisputed defender of the thread and has an excellent handle on all the tech. Other posters worth mentioning are skyhigh and ooga who have done an excellent job of sleuthing out who the JV could be. I will try to repost some of that info later. cashinthepocket and TeachingsofDar have also posted very worthwhile info. The SNW.A on SH thread is actually quite a good thread but I do expect a rise in posting activity and of the dreading bashing that happens with any rise in stock price. Seems everything is jumped on by the shorters as soon as there is any signs of stock movement. Anyway happy investing and good luck - timester
