For all intel bulls, did anyone ask where is intel's manufacture capacity growth?

For almost 9 month, the unit output of INTC is almost FLAT. With all the stock options intel's employee are getting and capital investment intel are making, intel should have some visible unit output growth. (20% will be nice)

Did i miss something? Your insight will be greatly appreciated!
