So what happens when President Bush tries to negotiate a treaty with Mr. Poutine at the White House? <g> Will Canada complain after they have refused Bush admittance to the country to meet Mr. Chretien?

Absurd? Yes but no more so than many statements around here dismissing Bush's intelligence. After all he did graduate with an MBA from Harvard. Gore flunked out of divinity school and dropped out of law school.
