robwin, try to contact Rogers AT&T directly by using that toll free number I previously posted. I had the same problem first going through local Rogers store, most are franchises and if they chose not to stock that was their problem. They said they could order it in and have it with a week, not good enough and that is why I called Roger directly and ordered over the phone. You said you had been waiting for nearly 4 months and that would take you back to mid July and I ordered mine after that period.... had it in two business days.

Try and see what happens.
