Gst when i look at the old leadership in the Bull market still in the Dog house and many of the lower-quailty, low-priced speculative stocks move up, it's a sign of warning's to me that this isn't over yet. If the best stocks cannot lead then the worst aren't going to for very long. This last rally looks like it was a fail one, specifically the techs.
