Aaaah. I was wondering when we would be hearing from Larry Tribe, and why we haven't heard from him yet. Turns out he's arguing for Gore tomorrow in federal court. I knew someone had him, figured it was Gore. It will take a strong man to stand up to Larry Tribe.

In case you don't know, he's the pre-eminent Constitutional scholar in the US, Lawrence Tribe. Harvard professor of Constitutional law. I've got his treatise on my bookshelf, also Nowack and Rotunda, which I like better, but I think it out of date.
