Not really. Everything that is happening is because the election between Al Whore and George Busch is just too damn close! Electoral college may now be done with it but nowhere near having the whole system in question. We just got to wait for a close count of the votes because, in this one, every vote matters. In New Mexico, Gore won by 4 votes out of 600,000!!!!!!!!!!

As far as the dead man goes, hey he died after the ballot is finalized. Case closed, his wife will take his seat.

I am telling you, this has been a very weird election.

>The election processing is still stay in the stone age to this "sole super power and democracy" of the world. Four states' voting results are now questionable. Nobody is even interested in talking about how to fix the problem, instead just covered up, no more recount.

Yes, no doubt, we have some eggs thrown up back in our face since we tend to lecture every country on the virtues of democracy and free elections. But I think this fiasco will be a catalyst in correcting the problems in the election process going forward. Now, if this was not that close, noone will be making a beep about it.

But it sure makes great material for the late night comics!<g>
