Monty, I don't think you will see a bottom until no one want them. The pundits keep talking about capitulation...well my belief is that capitulation works fine in corrections but means nothing in a true bear market but again that is my theory. I just believe bear markets end on LOW volume rather than HIGH volume whereas corrections end on HIGH volume rather than LOW volume. I completely agree with your theory. A bottom will hit when the Clowns pack it in and give up. Until then, no bottom. I also believe bottoms take time, as in years. chic
