Agreed. Clown 1 or clown 2 work now. I didn't feel that way before the election. I was worried about a decent majority of one party controlling both houses and the presidency. That won't happen now.

As far as my scenario goes, unless a federal judge postpones the electoral vote OR there is an extension of the certification of the Florida vote by a state court judge (and that is a real possibility, in fact, i believe it is very likely), then the electors from the other states can vote without participation of Florida.

As for finality, since i believe this won't happen by the end of this week, i feel we are in for some more dramatic selling on wall street. I believe this is being maipulated by the Houses now using the election process as an excuse to drive down prices so they can pick up on the cheap. Nobody with a half an ounce of inteligence believes we are not going to go forward with the electoral vote and not have a president by jan. 20, well, nuf said. So, my opinion for the market is concerned is that it goes down, pretty consistently and pretty dramatically for a while more causing millions of investors to be squeezed out of the market. That's where the real fraud is happening.
