Still a lot of stocks way overvalued.Earnings coming out this week by a number of triple digit or otherwise highly overvalued stocks will provide a field day this week for shorting stocks that are still trading hundreds of percentage points higher than they deserve to be. The best part if you are not buying puts and have to wait for an uptick is that ironically the more these blimps moved down the easier to find an uptick.

I think this is a matter of 'bottom fishing traders' catching falling knives and buying bearish flag reversals, so traders that short rallies (or even buy puts in the morning when its clear there is no rally) can short them easy. Even a good company that beat earning estimates and up very nicely like WCII was a wildy profitable play on the short side on Friday, so I can imagine what is in store for others
