no joke. He turned bearish only in January, and is telling folks to get back in NOW. He nailed this whole cycle, for years now, so I think you have him confused with someone else, at least on some level. he was considered a perma bull until January. He called for qqq's to hit below 74 about 8 months ago. It's pretty amazing how he nailed it this close. He will become very bullish long term again when the fed loosens...he mainly basis things on the money supply.
