It's a home for scam artists as well. I go to Palm Beach quite often, once there was a request for me to check out a "company" that had it's HQ in that Village.

The place is an armed camp. I had to check in with security getting in. They never heard of this organization who had plastered their HQ as being in Century Village.

I wish I could recall the name of the stock but it did, in effect, turn out to be yet another scam. I do recall who asked me to check it out, it was one of the FBN guys. He may recall what stock it was but that's not real important. It was your observation about Century Village that called it to mind.
