You are probably correct. That is no one wants to buy because of uncertainty, and people do want to sell because they are worried. The result is the market falls. Later, when the uncertainty becomes more certain, they have cash and buy again. The only concern is if they will buy again. I agree with you that it is time to buy. I have, like the masses, not bought anything for a week or so.
I haven't sold anything either.
