Reading material for everyone, test in the morning.

It may help our visiting friends from foreign lands understand what the discussion concerning "state's rights" covers.

It also covers the point thoroughly that these discussions continue today, and I believe it is one of the main divisions between voters today.

It may explain why we are not one big blob of people ruled by one central government; that the nation is composed of individual sovereign states, which exhibit equal powers in their participation in the union. Such as each member of the union has two senators, no matter how large the population.
